Personal Data Processed
Through the quote and contact forms on our website we process your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and message content.
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your quote and information requests
- Contacting you and carrying out sales processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed.
Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, and is not transferred abroad. Your data is stored only on our hosting infrastructure.
Retention Period
Form records are kept for a maximum of 2 years after your request is concluded and are then deleted.
Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages.

You may submit requests regarding your rights via the e-mail address on our Contact page. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
